Before your appointment
Your experience starts when you use our online booking system. You will select the color consultation option if you are scheduling for a chemical service, or simply select the haircut option that matches your length if you are only booking for a haircut. Your appointment request will be received, and I will confirm your appointment - typically within 48hours. You will then receive a confirmation text and email for the service.
You can also expect a confirmation text and email before your appointment. If you need to make any changes to your appointment, you can feel free to do so online up to 48 hours before your scheduled service.
Arriving at the salon
Arrive fifteen minutes early so you can have plenty of time to acquaint yourself with your new salon home. Our staff will greet you, and encourage you to take advantage of our coffee and beverage bar. We promise to value your time by staying on schedule. You can relax in our salon knowing that we thoroughly clean and disinfect between each client, so the space is ready for you to feel comfortable and safe. Most of our stylists schedule guests one at a time so you will have our undivided attention.
The Consultation
During the consultation we will discuss any likes and dislikes you may have with your hair experiences, and take a look at some inspiration photos so we can get a clear idea of your perfect end result. After we have a clear insight into our goal for your appointment, we will walk you through what is obtainable, our game plan for the current and future services, the level of maintenance involved in the look you desire, and how to style and care for your new look at home.
The Appointment
Once we have a detailed plan in place, we will get to work! Every step of the way we use top of the line hair color, products and tools to ensure the healthiest, longest lasting results possible. we will work efficiently to respect your time, but will never sacrifice the quality of our work by rushing through the service. Throughout the appointment we will chat more in depth about how to maintain the longevity of your color, the health of your hair, and how to style at home.
Please feel free to bring a book, TV show, or work laptop with you. We will always make sure you are comfortable with a snack and beverage! Your time in our chair is yours, so you never have to worry about how to spend your time with us!
The Photoshoot
After a color service, this is when we get some amazing shots of your beautiful hair styled and ready for a night out (or in)! We would love to showcase you on our social media! With that being said - please wear a solid neutral top (white, black, beige) or get funky with a band tee, denim jacket, etc. Please limit prints or bright colors (yellows/pinks/neons) as they can alter the color of your hair in pictures.
