Shire Hair Design provides towels, extra capes, on-site laundry, a specialty coffee bar, water, snacks, shiatsu mats for guests, all facial waxing supplies, and a hot towel warmer to maximize the experience you offer to guests. Our salon is team based, which means each idea is taken into consideration, and any decisions that could impact the stylists' business or health are brought to a vote. You can rest assured that your thoughts are valued.

 

Once you have decided to join our team, the first two weeks are free as a trial period to ensure the best start possible for your business. After one year contracted, stylists receive one week of rent-free vacation time, and two weeks of vacation time after five years contracted. Shire Hair Design also offers four weeks of rent-free maternity/paternity leave whether you are having a biological child or adopting, as we understand the importance of being at home with family.

Because our goal is to assist in your professional growth, we do not have a non-compete clause. Stylists are welcome to leave at any time, though a two-week notice is requested. Rent is $135 weekly and is due every Saturday by midnight, this must be paid via debit or credit card.
